Using HarmoniaTV
HarmoniaTV provides personal, noncommercial access to concert films and related materials. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and may not share, reproduce, redistribute, record, or publicly exhibit the service or its content.
Memberships
Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically until canceled. Prices and billing frequency are shown before checkout. Membership access begins after payment is confirmed.
Rentals
A 72-hour rental begins when payment is completed and expires 72 hours later. You may watch the selected concert as often as you wish during that period.
Cancellation
You may cancel a paid membership through the billing portal in My Account. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; access continues through the end of the period already paid for. A completed 72-hour rental cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Purchases are generally final. If a billing error or technical problem prevents the access you purchased, contact us promptly. We will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate remedy, including restored access or a refund when warranted or required by law.
Availability
We work to keep HarmoniaTV reliable, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. Concerts and supporting materials may change as the library develops.
